Are there any side effects?

When will I see results?

What experience does S-Thetics Clinic have with HIFEM technology?
We were honoured to be invited as one of the first clinics in the world (outside of the USA) to launch the original EmSculpt, back in August 2018.

How does EmSculpt Neo work?
EmSculpt Neo is based on an applicator simultaneously emitting synchronized RF and HIFEM+ energies.
For the first time in history, BTL have patented a method of combining radiofrequency and HIFEM+ technologies in a single applicator.
A unique proprietary electrode made of hundreds of mutually interacting interspaced segments. This makes EmSculpt Neo the only radiofrequency technology that is transparent to magnetic fields, allowing a seamless, safe and effective interaction with the HIFEM+ energy.
Due to the radiofrequency heating, the muscle temperature quickly raises by several degrees. This prepares muscles for exposure to stress, similar to what a warm up activity does before any workout. In less than 4 minutes, the temperature in subcutaneous fat reaches levels that cause apoptosis, i.e. fat cells are permanently damaged and slowly removed from the body. Clinical studies showed on average a 30% reduction in subcutaneous fat.
Bypassing the brain’s own limitations, HIFEM+ energy contracts the muscle fibers in the area at intensities that are not achievable during voluntary workout. Extreme stress forces the muscle to adapt, resulting in an increase in the number and growth of muscle fibers and cells. Clinical studies showed on average a 25% muscle volume increase.
Am I going to kill fat when treating buttocks?
It was proven by multiple studies that buttock fat is less metabolic active than fat in abdomen.
Because of this, the body does not respond to EmSculpt Neo procedure with fat apoptosis when treating the buttocks.

Is EmSculpt Neo treatment painful?
EmSculpt Neo is a non-invasive treatment and does not hurt or require anaesthetic.
You can feel intense muscle contractions together with a heating sensation in the treated area which is comparable to hot stone massage.
The treatment feels like an intensive workout and you can lay down and relax during treatment.
